Terms of Service
Last updated June 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Assistance Discord bot, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By inviting Assistance to a Discord server, using its commands, or accessing the dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines to use Assistance. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use Discord in your country, whichever is higher.
2. The Service
Assistance provides server management tools including support tickets, message templates, custom commands, a content library, and related community features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others, or to harass, abuse, or harm anyone.
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service, including through automated requests, scraping, or rate-limit evasion.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
- Use the Service to store or distribute malicious, illegal, or infringing content.
4. Server administrators
If you add Assistance to a server or configure it through the dashboard, you represent that you have the authority to do so. As an administrator, you are responsible for how the Service is configured and used within your server, and for informing your members of any data handling described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing Assistance from your server.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be directed to us through our support server. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.
